UpToDate now available remotely to Royal Free staff

The Library and Medical Director are delighted to announce that the popular clinical decision support resource UpToDate is now available to Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust staff.

UpToDate comprises over 9,500 topic reviews within 20 specialties. Reviews are written by physicians and updated continuously to provide practical recommendations in order to ensure that the right decisions are taken at the point of care.

Accessing UpToDate

UpToDate is available from any Royal Free NHS networked PC without the need for a login – please use this link: freenet/goto_UpToDate.asp.

For off-site access, please log in to your Athens account, click on Local Resources and you will see a link to UpToDate.

If you haven’t got an NHS Athens account you can self-register from any NHS networked PC. Alternatively, please email the library or pop into the library and we will set up an NHS Athens account for you.
